Dispute Resolution

Choice of Law

Shipping and Delivery

Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for Aurstralia, Interstate or International Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to addresses.

Express Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 10:00 am Sydney time will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 10:00 am Sydney Australia time, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Express Shipping to rural routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Express Shipping is not available out side Australia to overseas addresses for

Next Business Day Delivery

Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 10:00 am Sydney Australia time will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 10am Sydney Australia time:, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

Next Business Day Shipping is not available out side of Australia or Post Boxes and certain remote locations.

Multiple Shipments

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge applies to all the packages shipped

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: Australia Post, Fast Ways couriers, United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Shipments to International Addresses

We are able to ship international orders.

Tax Policy

Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address of your order. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping and handling of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.

Contracts and Payments

In completing the order form or placing an order, you warrant that you are not a minor or otherwise prohibited from entering into a contract with I see kid guide team and Smelly Books and Co..

All pricing on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, the price stated that the time of your order will be honoured.

I see kid guide team and Smelly Books and Co. accepts payment via direct debt,and money order. However, goods will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared and I see kid guide team and Smelly Books and Co. has received full payment.

I see kid guide team and Smelly Books and Co. does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by you if your credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner. If we have reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner we will not enter into that transaction and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that I see kid guide team and Smelly Books and Co. does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner.

Delivery

Delivery Unless otherwise indicated, orders will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date that payment for the product is received by us.

Delivery will be made via Australia Post or a courier service.

Unless indicated otherwise in the product description with a specific postage price or a request that you email us for a specific postage quote, postage is based on your final order total.

Except for special orders where longer time periods have been stated, please allow approximately 5 – 7 business days days from the date of dispatch for delivery within metropolitan areas in Australia, approximately 14 business days for rural deliveries, deliveries to New Zealand and overseas deliveries. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.

If you wish your goods to be delivered sooner please contact us to arrange for a courier service. There will be an additional charge for this service.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those goods.

Out of stock items

If any item is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order. If the product is able to be ordered by you may place your order on back order. Goods on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by I see kid guide team and Smelly Books and Co.

Returns Policy

While every effort is made that all goods dispatched are in perfect order, I see kid guide team and Smelly Books and Co cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If damaged goods are received please contact us within 5 business days and return the goods with labels and packaging. I see kid guide team and Smelly Books and Co. will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No postage will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please allow 14 business days for refund to be processed.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind.

The Journal

While we take great care to represent our artwork in the truest way possible, please be aware that due to varying colour calibrations of printers and monitors, variations may occur between a seen design and the actual product. However, in ordering an item, you accept the risk of such differences. Obviously we are happy to assist you over the phone should you need any further clarification.
